Standing Appointments

Tutor instructing a student in a one-on-one setting.

Standing appointments are free private tutoring sessions that happen on a recurring basis.  Preference is given to students with GPAs below 3.0.  Once approved, a student may schedule up to two appointments per week until the end of the semester (the schedule you set up will be the same schedule you use through the remainder of the semester).  These appointments are up to 50 minutes in length and are granted upon qualification and availability.

The student should understand that these tutoring sessions are meant to clarify information presented in class and to help the student with problem areas.  These sessions are not to take the place of regular classroom attendance.

Students may also make an appointment for our study skills program.  Click here for more information about the study skills program.
